Apex's official coupon page and homepage banner list it as "Any Size Evals up to 90% Off", and Apex's countdown ends the sale on October 13, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. On Apex's product picker the code takes every evaluation to 10% of list: Intraday and EOD, Standard and No Activation Fee, all four sizes, five-packs included. A 50K Intraday evaluation lists at $249 and shows $24.90.
What it doesn't cover: the Performance Account activation fee and resets. We list only the code Apex publishes; codes on coupon and review sites are not verified here. After October 13, check the coupon page: in every archived copy we could load since May 2025 the code stayed SAVENOW while the percentage changed (history below).
Apex prices with and without the code
Apex's current evaluations are one-time purchases with 30 days of access and no resets. Prices from Apex's product picker on October 5, 2026:

Five-packs get the same 90%: five 50K Intraday evaluations list at $950 and show $95.00 with the code ($19.00 each, against $24.90 for one). The cheapest way in: watch the activation fee
The code discounts the evaluation but not the activation fee, so while it is live the fee is most of the cost of a Standard account. Total to reach a funded Performance Account on a first-attempt pass, with SAVENOW:

With the code, the No Activation Fee version is cheaper at every size, and the 100K Intraday one ($59.00) costs less than the 25K ($69.00). Without a code the order flips: Standard plus activation is cheaper everywhere except 100K Intraday ($899 against $590), so redo the sum on the day you buy. Apex's product cards list the same Performance Account terms for both versions (drawdown, 50% consistency, six payout requests every 5 trading days); payout caps are not on the cards, so check them in Apex's help center. How to apply the Apex promo code at checkout
- On Apex's product picker, choose Intraday or EOD, Standard or No Activation Fee, the account size and the platform (Tradovate, Rithmic or WealthCharts).
- On the checkout page, enter the code you were given, or SAVENOW if you don't have one, as Apex's coupon help page instructs. You have to agree to Apex's Trading Rules and policies before you click "Next".
- Check the discount amount and the terms in the order summary before entering card details. Apex cannot add a code after payment, and the discount only applies to accounts bought during the sale period.
Other sites often publish their own affiliate codes for Apex. Apex's instructions allow a code "you were given", so one may work, but we can't verify them; whichever code you use, the checkout total is the proof.
Apex promo code history: past monthly deals
Apex runs its discounts as rolling sales with a countdown, so "the June 2025 code" or "the April 2025 code" is really whichever sale was live that week. This is what Apex's own coupon page and homepage banner showed, taken from archived copies in the Internet Archive (each date links to the copy):

Two patterns hold. Every copy of the coupon page we could load, from May 2025 to today, names SAVENOW; the 2025 homepage banners show only the percentage. And the discount moves: 80% off ran in March, May, August and October 2025 and in January and February 2026, with 90% at the start and middle of 2025 and from April 2026. Before Apex's March 1, 2026 relaunch, evaluations were monthly subscriptions and the code also cut later renewals ("lifetime recurring"); current evaluations are one-time purchases, so there is nothing recurring to discount.
Legacy evaluations (limited time)
Apex is also selling its older monthly Legacy evaluations again on its Legacy products page, in six sizes from 25K to 300K on Tradovate, WealthCharts and Rithmic, with the promotion showing 90% off the first month (a 50K Legacy account lists at $197 a month and shows $19.70 with the code). Legacy accounts rebill monthly after the first month and carry different payout rules (100% of the first $25,000, then 90%, and a 30% consistency rule). Apex's promo data ends that offer on October 13, 2026 as well.
Promo code rules that cost traders money
- No refunds for a missed code. Apex's refund policy rules out refunds of any purchase, including when a promo code wasn't applied. Enter the code before you pay.
- Activation fees are separate. You pay them within 7 days of passing, and the code doesn't apply.
- Data add-ons are extra. Level 1 data is included; depth-of-market add-ons are bought separately and are non-refundable.
- The cheapest evaluation is the one you pass. Every failed attempt is a new purchase. The code changes the price, not the rules, so run the account through our prop firm rule checklist (drawdown type, daily loss limit, consistency, payout caps) before you buy.
- Some sales cut activation fees; this one doesn't. Apex's coupon help page says discounted activation fees, when offered, apply only through the promotion date listed, then revert to the regular price.

- Apex's checkout, which shows the discounted price once the code is applied.
If a site promises a bigger "exclusive" Apex discount than Apex itself shows, treat it as unverified until the checkout confirms it.
Apex vs Topstep discounts
The two firms discount differently. Apex discounts the evaluation itself, heavily, through public codes. The discount is real; passing on the first attempt is still what saves the most money.
